Where do you find inspiration?

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting some lovely young women from Immaculate Conception High School in Memphis.  As two other Ursuline Sisters and I shared the history of our community and our individual calls to dedicate our life to God as a daughter of Saint Angela Merici, I was moved by the inspiration of how God moves in our lives.   It is interesting how we uncover information that leads to inspiration.   Aim high and you will be surprised what and who inspires!

Angela continues to inspire me with her exhortation to “Act, move, believe, strive and hope….”

“You are the embodiment of the information you choose to accept and act upon. To change your circumstances you need to change your thinking and subsequent actions.” ~Adlin Sinclair

Angela Merici not only inspires me, but she also amazes me. Her counsel to “change with the signs of the time” is so insightful and it helps me to understand that life — and time — are fluid and dynamic and not stagnant and unyielding.
