The summer tradition of corn shucking returns to the Mount

Nothing says “summer” more than the Ursuline Sisters joining with supporters to help the Food Service staff shuck and cut corn that comes in from the farm. There were 1,500 ears of corn prepared on Aug. 1, 2024, which will be blanched and frozen to serve for the rest of the year. Here are some pictures from the day.
