Perhaps it was the corned beef and cabbage for lunch, but the Ursuline Sisters at the Motherhouse in Maple Mount were in a good mood to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on May 17, filling the Rainbow Room in Saint Joseph Villa for a 2:30 p.m. shindig.

Treated to shamrock-shaped cookies and green punch, the luck o’ the Irish was in full bloom as Debbie Dugger, coordinator of activities, led a discussion on the history of the holiday. Here are some photos from the day.
