Sister Alicia Coomes bids goodbye as she prepares for new ministry

Ursuline Sisters and members of the health care staff threw a goodbye party for Sister Alicia Coomes on Oct. 25, 2022. Sister Alicia is returning to full-time parish ministry at St. Peter of Alcantara in Stanley, Ky., and St. Augustine in Reed, Ky. She has served the past four years at Maple Mount, working closely with Sisters in Saint Joseph Villa. She has been coordinator of Pastoral Care since August 2021.
