Lenten Day of Prayer March 26

Fourteen people gathered at the Mount Saint Joseph Conference and Retreat Center on March 26 for the Lenten Day of Prayer with Monsignor Bernard Powers. There was discussion in the morning and afternoon and Mass at 11:15 a.m.

My warmest regards to Msgr.Bernard Powers….he probably remembers me as one of the Monarch boys who lived on 4th. Street and who served at St. Joe and Paul under Msgr. Braun…Joe Powers married my Aunt Thelma and one of their children is Sister Jacinta Powers..warmest regards to her as well….God’s many blessings to all you at the Mount….so many fond memories of the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s…..Brother Gabriel
