Associates and Sisters Day 2015 was filled with many smiles and a deepening in the Catholic faith as 107 Ursuline Sisters and Associates gathered in Conference Room A of the Mount Saint Joseph Conference and Retreat Center. Sister Cheryl Clemons shared her wisdom of the saints for her morning presentation titled “Consecrated Life: Saints Among Us,” to coincide with Pope Francis’ call to name this “The Year of Consecrated Life.” This was also the first year that those who could not attend in person were able to watch the day online.

The afternoon was filled with sharing stories of how some associates were inspired to join, and a panel discussion about those who followed the call of God. There was trivia and other topics before the group joined Father Jerry Riney at Mass. Eight associates who had previously made commitments received their lifetime pins at Mass.
