The Ursuline Sisters and the staff of the Saint Joseph Villa celebrated Long Term Care Week during the week of May 9-13, 2016. Monday was Decades Day. The sisters were treated to Native American style music they played on drums and other native style instruments. Tuesday was Carnival Day, and the celebration included a photo booth and a visit from pets. The Ursuline Sisters celebrated Western Day on Wednesday with a game of corn hole, and they enjoyed hot dogs with s’mores for dessert. Thursday was Superhero Day; the sisters watched the movie The Incredibles and ate popcorn. The sisters celebrated “50’s Day” on Friday, the most popular day with the sisters, with banana splits and a raffle for door prizes.
