The Owensboro Catholic Schools gathered about 40 parents and administrators on Oct. 17 at the Mount Saint Joseph Conference and Retreat Center to help set priorities for the school system’s next five-year strategic plan. The planning process was facilitated by Regina Haney, executive director of the National Catholic Educational Association in Arlington, Va.
