Several Ursuline Sisters of Mount Saint Joseph participated in a National Day of Climate Action rally on Oct. 14, 2015, on the property of Brescia University in Owensboro, Ky. Following Pope Francis’ call to demand bold action on climate change, cities across the country were having rallies on Oct. 14 to call attention to the need to protect the planet. Ursuline Sisters Amelia Stenger and Pam Mueller were members of the committee planning the event, along with members of the Sierra Club. Here are photos from the event.
