All the cole slaw enjoyed in the all-you-can eat dinner stand at the Mount Saint Joseph Picnic is handmade by the sisters. The process started Tuesday, Sept. 3, as the sisters chopped peppers, onions and cabbage in the afternoon, then more sisters arrived to start mixing the ingredients.
