Community Days 2019

One of the most enjoyable weeks of the year at Maple Mount is when the Ursuline Sisters come home for Community Days. The 2019 Community Day were July 10-13, with all but two of the sisters making it back to Mount Saint Joseph. Here are photos from the days, shot by our intrepid photographer, Sister Ruth Gehres.

Sister Ruth Gehres visits with musician Dennis Mayfield. He is the son of Ruth Ann Barr Mayfield, A51, who was Sister Ruth’s classmate at Mount Saint Joseph Academy. Many members of the Mayfield family are in music groups that play in local churches and other events.
