On Oct. 16, 2015, Aloma Dew, who spent 13 years working with the Sierra Club on food and water issues, spoke to the Ursuline Sisters in the St. Ursula Community Room about climate change. She previously served as the chairwoman of the Kentucky Environmental Quality Commission. She currently serves on the Commonwealth Policy Institute and the Thomas D. Clark Foundation.
