Yarn Spinners return to the Mount for a fun retreat day

After waiting for nearly two years, the Yarn Spinners were happy to return to Mount Saint Joseph for a new spinning retreat day! The group normally meets four times a year for a weekend retreat, but the pandemic put all of that on hold. At last, spinning retreat days were scheduled for Aug. 14, Oct. 15, and Dec. 4 in the Mount Saint Joseph Auditorium at Maple Mount. Almost 20 ladies joined in the fun at the August gathering. The group met from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Everyone is welcome to attend the yarn spinner gatherings. This is the place for you if you enjoy yarn spinning, weaving, rug hooking, knitting or crocheting. All skill levels are welcome. Experience the fun and fellowship of working on your projects in a peaceful setting with other yarn enthusiasts. The cost for the day is $20 which includes lunch.
