The Ursuline Sisters, staff and friends were busy July 31 and Aug. 1, 2023, shucking and cutting 3,000 ears of sweet corn fresh from the farm. The corn is blanched, cut off the cob and frozen so the Sisters and staff can enjoy it year round. Here are some pictures.
